Post Drilling Inc. was founded by George Post, a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the well drilling industry. George’s journey in drilling began at the age of 20, and he’s never looked back. He’s passionate about his work and loves helping people find the water they need. As George always says, “Find something you love to do, and you’ll never work a day in your life.” His hands-on approach and commitment to every project make him a trusted partner for clients across Idaho.
Over the years, George has drilled countless municipal, irrigation, and domestic wells, gaining deep knowledge and expertise along the way. Now, with his move to Valley County in 2019, George has brought that knowledge to the community, ensuring that local residents receive the highest level of service.
As Idaho natives, the owners of Post Drilling Inc. have seen the many changes the Treasure Valley has gone through. The shift away from smaller, close-knit communities inspired them to relocate the business to Valley County in 2019. This move allowed them to reconnect with the heart of Idaho and continue to serve the region’s growing need for skilled well drillers while raising their youngest child.
Since the move, George has taken a step back from managing a large crew and has focused on returning to the “one-man show” model, handling every job personally. But in 2022, he had the opportunity to bring on Michael Andresen, who quickly became an invaluable part of the team. Together, George and Michael form a dynamic duo that you’ll see working on your well site from start to finish. They’re committed to delivering top-notch service and ensuring that each project meets the highest standards.
